How about just cutting the bureaucracy in half, increasing CHP presense on the 80+ MPH freeways, and getting a ballot measure to simultaniously decrease gas tax while doubling traffic fines. Oh, and how about community service friday for high school students.
What would you do for $6,500 a month? How about locking yourself in a small room for 3 months with no outside communication, with electronic monitors attached to your body and only frozen baby food and cereal bars to eat? Oh, it's for science, too.

From the description, it sounds like my every-day job... small room, electronic monitors, crappy food, 6500/mo. Actually, that would be a $500/mo bonus. Seriously, I don't get to go outside. Oh, the 10hr work day would be nice. I think I'm pushing 14 regularly.

brazil, china, india, and russia all depend on oil. the more we have, the more they pay us. though russia has a good amount of their own.

These people are lawyers. They've been formally trained to ask the right questions to extract truth. There is no self-respecting way they can claim that they were either misled or lied to.

Look, there's one thing about a house that's fact. I must be within ones ability to pay the monthly mortgage and live, eat, and commute to work. Until the prices (+interest) are in-line with income, there's no way I'm buying.
